What payment options are accepted at Ekspertos?

Products ordered on the Ekspertos Web shop, along with any applicable delivery costs, must be paid by the Customer using one of the following payment options:

  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Diners
  • Mastercard
  • Visa
  • Maestro
  • Direct Debit/Direct Bank Transfer
  • EPS (for customers located in Austria)
  • Bancontact (for customers located in Belgium)
  • iDeal (for customers located in the Netherlands)
  • Przelewy24 (for customers located in Poland)
  • Payment by cheque and cash on delivery is not possible.
Does Ekspertos offer purchases in Instalments?

No, we only offer one-time payments via credit/debit card and via Direct Debit/Direct bank transfers. If you would like to make instalment payments, we suggest you use one of the Direct Debit/Direct bank transfer services from your bank if available. Any costs associated with instalment payments via your Direct Debit/Direct bank transfer service provider will be your responsibility.

Does Ekspertos offer different pricing according to type of payment options?

No. Ekspertos provides single pricing for all payment options.

Who provides Ekspertos with merchant services?

Jezgra Neo, the owner of the Ekspertos brand has contracted its Merchant Services from Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. All transactions take place on the Stripe platform via a redirect from the Ekspertos website. Once payment is complete, the customer is redirected back to the Ekspertos website.

Will Ekspertos have access to my credit card information during the order and payment processes?

No. Ekspertos will never have/save access to your credit card details. If you select to save your credit card details while making a purchase, your details remain on the Stripe platform and Ekspertos will not have access to your information. If I use Direct Bank Transfer payment option, how long is my order on hold?

If you select our Direct Bank Transfer payment option, we will hold your order for up to seven (7) days. If we don’t receive your payment within seven days, our system will automatically cancel the order. Note that depending on your bank institution, Direct Bank Transfers can take up to three (3) working days to complete and be visible in our accounts.

What are the account details when completing a Direct Bank Transfer payment?

When your order has been completed Checkout and you selected the Direct Bank Transfer payment method, you will receive a confirmation email of your order with details of our bank and account number (including IBAN number) to send your payment. Note, it’s important when sending your payment that you reference your invoice number with your payment (e.g. Ekspertos Order #25484). For customers in Croatia, your invoice will include a barcode on the invoice for quick payment.
