Is Ekspertos webshop secure for online purchases?

Yes. Our online store has strong encryption security certificates installed to ensure your purchases are secure, which means all data transfer between the client-side (our website) to our server-side (our servers) is encrypted.

How do you secure the purchase process?

When completing payment information, this is completed on our payment service provider’s website. Although you see the credit/debit card page on our website, this is actually located on the website of our payment service provider.

Will Ekspertos store or have access to my credit/debit card details?

No. All credit/debit card details that you use to complete are completed on our payment service provider servers. Ekspertos will never store your credit/debit card details. If you select the option of storing your credit/debit card details during the payment process, your details will be securely stored on the servers of our payment service provider. Even then, we will never have access to your details.

2. My Account Security

Is My Account with Ekspertos secure?

Yes. We have installed secure encryption on our webstore to ensure our customers account remain secure. When opening an account with Ekspertos, you will be required to choose a username and a password. We recommend that your password has a minimum of 8 characters and include:

  • at least one capital letter;
  • at least one small cap letter;
  • at least one number; and
  • at least one symbol
Is Two-Factor Authentication (2-FA) available on Ekspertos?

Yes. We highly recommend that all our customers use Two-Factor Authentication to secure their accounts with Ekspertos. However, it is not mandatory.
